Allergy Friendly Food Drive on MLK Day - Monday, January 15, 2:00-4:00pm
Millburn High School’s Food Sensitivities Awareness (FSA) Club is collecting allergy friendly non-perishable food for the Community FoodBank of NJ. Donations are needed to support people who have dietary restrictions, allergies and sensitivities (such as gluten, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy and soy). Food can be brought to Congregation B’nai Israel in Millburn (160 Millburn Avenue) on MLK Day during their afternoon of community service (if you cannot make it that day, you can drop donations at the CBI before MLK Day). There will be over 20 organizations that will be represented at this event - all providing an opportunity to learn and give back to others in need. For more information about the FSA Club email or contact club members through their public Facebook page, FSA - Food Sensitivities Awareness Club.
